About me
Hi, I'm André! A full stack web developer and a freelance software engineer from Portugal. I've been coding for since 2012 I love to create elegant and beautiful web applications.
I started my career working for a start-up. During the +5 years that I worked there I learned and perfected my web development skills, both backend and frontend.
On 2020 I decided to start my own venture, PixelPulse, launching myself as a freelance software engineer to help others create modern web applications.

Skeeled is a comprehensive talent acquisition suite that powers your recruitment process whether you're a small company or a big corporation.
I joined skeeled in it's early stages and contributed to it's development for +5 years, working with NodeJs, ExpressJs, MongoDB, VueJs, Vuetify.
Thrivestate is real estate company from Dubai that helps people find the dream property.
I started working with Thrivestate in 2021 and helped them build their internal CRM from scratch using NuxtJs and TailwindCss. I was the sole frontend developer during the first stages and created the MVP that would later be used to scale the business.
Eventually I helped hire and lead the frontend team and lead the product to full-scale production. It is now used by 100s of real-estate agents and has helped the company grow to a six-digit annual revenue.
I continue to work with Thrivestate to this day and help them with their ongoing projects.
Gifftme is a platform that allows you to create and send personalized gifts to your friends and family.
I started working with Gifftme in 2022 and helped them build rebuild their platform in Nuxt3 and continue to maintain and improve it to this day. The platform went viral and it is now used by +400k daily users.
